Refund Policy

At Graduate Plus, we strive to provide exceptional value through our programs. This policy outlines our refund terms and conditions.

General Refund Policy

We offer refunds under specific circumstances and within designated timeframes. All refund requests are subject to review and approval.

Program Enrollment Refunds

For program enrollments, the following refund schedule applies:

  • Before program start: Full refund minus administrative fee (15%)
  • Within first week: 75% refund
  • Within second week: 50% refund
  • After second week: No refund available

Special Circumstances

Refunds may be granted outside the standard policy in cases of:

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Program cancellation by Graduate Plus
  • Technical issues preventing program access

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Application and assessment fees
  • Completed program modules or sessions
  • Digital materials and resources already accessed
  • Third-party service fees

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at refunds@graduateplus.ac
  2. Provide your enrollment details and reason for refund
  3. Allow 7-10 business days for review
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days
